Cancellations
All of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our items, we can only accept cancellations under limited circumstances.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not already started.
Please note:
We generally do not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after purchase
Our team begins processing orders quickly to ensure fast production and delivery times
Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified
Damaged/Misprinted Items
If your customized jersey arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our support form and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and a description of the issue. Our customer support team will review the case and assist you accordingly.
Please note:
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
All personalized details, including size, name, and number, are printed exactly as entered during checkout.
We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if incorrect customization information was provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs and any discounts applied to personalized items, unless the refund is due to an incorrect item being shipped. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, and note that some banks or credit card providers may require an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
